Binding order
Terms and conditions:
1. After receiving your order we will send you a confirmation, including a postal order quantifying the total amount for the tickets and accommodation. The tickets and accommodation vouchers will be handed over after presenting a proof of payment at the festival reception.
2. Unless the confirmed order is not paid by November 14, 2011, it will not be considered to be binding by the organizer of the festival (Blues Alive Ltd) and the accommodation and tickets will be offered to other interested people!!!
3. Cancellation fees:
Cancellation fees of admission:
0% of the purchase price if the order is cancelled by November 12, 2011
50% of the purchase price if the order is cancelled from November 13, 2011 to November 16, 2011
100% of the purchase price if the order is cancelled from November 17, 2011
Cancellation fees of accommodation:
100% of accommodation if the order is cancelled by November 14, 2011.
The date of departure is decisive for e-mails, the delivery date for the post.
The accommodation capacity is currently being prepared.
