Is organized by Blues Alive, Ltd. under the auspices of the hetman of Olomoucký region, Ing. Martin Tesařík and the mayor of Šumperk Mgr. Zdeněk Brož. The event is financially supported by the Ministry of Culture Czech Republic, Olomoucký region, the town of Šumperk, Visegrad fund, the U.S. Embassy in Prague and Foundations ČHF a OSA.
